Course Policy

When you register for a private and/or group course organised by Swiss Crochet, you automatically agree to the following terms:

a course reservation is made for you; your spot is guaranteed.
if you cancel your course participation, from 14 to 7 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged, 50% will be refunded.
if you cancel your course participation, less than 7 days before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
if a course is cancelled by the organiser, then 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

With a course reservation, time and location are reserved for the course, which would otherwise be allocated for other classes or work tasks.

Acceptance of Order

Swiss Crochet will send email confirmations of your order once placed on our website.

Supply

Swiss Crochet reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
