Cancellations
An order can be cancelled up to 8 hours after purchase, on the condition that the order has not already been shipped.
Returns
The deadline for returning items is 30 days, starting from the date the order was shipped (as noted by the Swiss Post).
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- for damaged items
- incomplete goods
- when the original packaging is not present
- when the original winding of yarns has changed (eg. yarns that are wound into cakes or by hand)
- digital / downloadable products (eg. patterns)
- gift cards / vouchers
- needles and accessories
- custom / personalised orders
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Items that are not eligible for return, are also not eligible for a refund.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive an email, confirming the reception of the item(s). Soon after, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If a refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used for the purchase, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: Refunds are subject to processing by banks/payment providers and there can be delays. If you do not receive your refund, or any notification about it for a period over 7 working days, please contact me: info@swisscrochet.ch.

The customer is responsible for the return’s shipping costs. Exceptions apply in the case where there is an error, such as:
- when receiving an item that was not ordered
- when receiving the wrong item (when variations apply)
- when wrong information is provided in the online shop
- when receiving an incomplete product
If you are returning more expensive items, especially from outside of Switzerland, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that I will receive your returned item(s).
