Payment

Payment is taking place during the checkout process of the website. There are various payment options available.

You can pay by:

  • TWINT
  • PostFinance E-Finance
  • PostFinance Card
  • Visa debit/credit card
  • Mastercard debit/credit card
  • Paypal
  • Google Pay

Please note that reservation on items is not possible.

Orders must be paid for before they are shipped.

 

 

Shipping

All orders are fulfilled with the services of the Swiss Post.

A tracking code is provided by default for all orders, regardless of priority. The tracking code and a link to the Swiss Post tracking page are emailed to you as soon as an order has been prepared for shipping. The tracking code is accessible online only after the Swiss Post has received and processed the package.

Orders are shipped within 24-36 hours. Processing delays can take place during public holidays and high-traffic seasons (for example: Christmas). You will receive email notifications about the status of your order.

Orders are shipped to the Shipping Address that is provided during the checkout process and not the Billing Address (unless they are the same).

 

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For orders with destination within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, there are two shipping options available, Economy (B Post) and Priority Post (A Post).

Shipping Fees

For domestic orders above > 80 CHF, the shipping fees are:

  • Economy: free!
  • Priority: available for only 2 CHF

For domestic orders under < 80 CHF, the shipping fees are:

  • Economy: 8.50 CHF
  • Priority: 10.50 CHF

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland / Liechtenstein – Economy: delivery in 2 working days, from Monday to Friday.
  • Switzerland / Liechtenstein – Priority: delivery on the next working day, from Monday to Friday.

International

For international orders there is no distinction between Economy and Priority Post. The Swiss Post ships the parcels via the Priority Channel and hands them over to each country’s National Postal Provider.

Shipping Fees

For international orders above > 400 CHF: free shipping!

For international orders under < 400 CHF: the shipping fees vary considerably. The shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout and are based on the total weight of items in the cart and the destination country. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping rates of the Swiss Post. There is the base shipping cost for each item, plus the cost to fill out the customs declaration form (for shipping out of Switzerland).

Please note: Customers outside of Switzerland are responsible for any customs fees and import duty taxes. Each country enforces it’s own import duty exemption threshold and the relevant fees. Customs take into account the total amount of the purchase (items plus shipping) for the calculation of fees and taxes.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: delivery from 4 to 10 working days.
  • US, Canada and the rest of the world: delivery from 7 to 20 working days.

Delays at customs and local deadlines/realities may take additional working days.
